 Strengths are:

• Can't be work in a disturbing environment.

What is the amount of PF and ESI for employee to deducted?

Form the employee salary PF  deducts by 12 % of the basic +DA. and ESI deducts by 1.75% of gross salary.
----> employer share is 13.61 %.
-----> Employer share (Basic +VDA+HRA)=4.75%

what is meant by HR?

                      HR means providing Manpower to this company and motivate them to work for the organization goals & HR handle each and every small things that manpower requires.
