 Strengths are:

What is the amount of PF and ESI for employee to deducted?

Form the employee salary PF  deducts by 12 % of the basic +DA. and ESI deducts by 1.75% of gross salary.
----> employer share is 13.61 %.
-----> Employer share (Basic +VDA+HRA)=4.75%

what is meant by HR?

                      HR means providing Manpower to this company and motivate them to work for the organization goals & HR handle each and every small things that manpower requires.

Why did you leave your last job?

           My previous or present company  gave me good working conditions and environment.But unfortunately didn't provide any opportunities for career growth. So i want to face new challenges to prove my skills in Organization.

                      pressure is everywhere and a part of life, no one can say that i can't have pressure at my work place and will do work as per my convenience. So yes i can handle pressure my own way.
